Ways to differentiate migraine pain from other headaches?

It is easy to distinguish it from other headaches if some of the symptoms are known.
The pain can last from 2 hours to 72 hours.
May cause nausea.
It may be difficult to look at the light.
• Excessive noise can increase pain.
It can be difficult to get up frequently and concentrate on work.

5. Migraine patients but also suffering from inflammation of the sinuses or suffering from a severe cold cough or cold; In their case, the incidence of migraine pain gradually increases.

6. When it gets very hot and the environmental conditions take on a steamy shape, the incidence of migraine headaches gradually increases. On the other hand, in winter, if the cold air is more or foggy conditions prevail, the incidence increases.

7. Hormone effects: Migraine headaches are more common in girls. Menstrual control hormones vary when girls start menstruating during puberty. That is why migraine pain can arise. People who have been taking birth control pills for a long time also have more estrogen. They are at risk of migraine pain. In many cases, migraine pain can arise in the menstrual cycle.

8. Excessive Anxiety or Stress: People who are overly anxious or under stress have different hormones in their bodies. That is why they are at risk of migraine pain. These patients also have high blood pressure, insomnia, and depression. That is why migraine pain can be triggered.
9. Eating extra sugary foods: When we eat too many sugary foods, our blood sugar levels rise, which leads to the production of excess insulin to control. As a result, blood sugar levels go down. In this way, migraine pain can start suddenly due to the difference in blood sugar level.

10. Sudden stopping coffee: A recent study found that people who are accustomed to regular caffeinated beverages may start migraine pain if they suddenly give up or stop that habit.

11. Excessive noise: Excessive noise, listening to loud music, etc. can also cause migraine problems.

The benefits of exercise to control migraine

1. Exercise controls the body in many ways. Blood circulation is normal in all parts of the body. Increases heart performance, blood pressure is under control, diabetes is under control.

2. There are some great exercises for the head and neck that keep the blood circulation in the head and neck normal. Helps to sleep well.

3. Hormones are controlled by the body through exercise and proper sleep. Enkephalin increases the secretion of substances so that the stress is reduced and the tendency to stay normal in various stresses is created.

4. Studies have shown that people who exercise regularly have a lower risk of migraine attacks. Gradually a lot came under control.

5. Exercise increases the secretion of endorphins from the body. Which can reduce various types of pain in the body. We use morphine or pethidine medicine to control pain. These endorphins are their homologous and internal substances.

Rules for exercising in migraine pain:

1. If you start exercising suddenly, your body will suddenly need extra oxygen which is not good.

2. You may have a blood glucose crisis during exercise. In that case, you can eat something light.

3. Your water vacuum may be created during exercise. So it is better to drink the same amount of water before exercise.

4. It is better not to do extra stress exercises in the first place.

5. Save a diary. Write down whether your migraine attack is changing with exercise.
. Prepare before you start exercising. Keep with water and light food.

Neck and head exercises

Neck and head exercises are very important and effective in controlling migraines. It keeps the muscles of the head and neck active, blood circulation is good, the joints of the head and neck are active. Sleep will be good. Normal neck and head pain will go away slowly. You will feel stress-free.

• Chin Tag: A very effective exercise for the neck. Keep your head and neck straight and touch your chin with one finger. Now tighten the neck and at the same time the chin will move a little towards the back. Stay like this for 5-10 seconds. Repeat the procedure 5-10 times.

 Press the chin from the bottom to the top with the thumbs of both hands and press the chin down so that the neck and head are straight.

 Press on the right side of the head with the right hand and at the same time press on the hand with the head so that the head is straight. Hold for 5-10 seconds. Do the same on the left side.

 Press on the forehead with the palm of anyone's hand and at the same time press on the hand with the forehead so that the head and neck are straight. Hold this for 5-10 seconds.

Lock the fingers of both hands and press on the back of the head with the part of the palm and at the same time press on the hand with the back of the head so that the head and neck are straight. Hold this for 5-10 seconds.

Or if you cook the vegetables, vitamins are lost due to the heat. 

If we juice vegetables as soon as we buy them, and drink it, the nutrients and vitamins are quickly absorbed. Hence, Vegetable juice is beneficial. While eating salads or cooked vegetables, you have to chew it. You can not swallow it whole. While chewing the some nutrients are absorbed and some are lost. News Cover: Maggi Noodles are a favourite with almost everybody and everyone loves it. Many people have had it as mid night meals in hostels or while playing with family or while studying for exams. In Ladakh, it is amazing to have Maggi Noodles with a hot cup of tea during the cold. Today I will share with you two different flavours of Maggi which can be cooked on gas or in an oven. 

First one is Peri Peri Masala Maggi. Take a coffee mug. Crush a small packet of Maggi costing Rs. 12/- Pour the crushed noodles into the coffee mug. Add the tastemaker given in the packet. Add Peri Peri masala. Pour water. Put it in the microwave / oven and set it for 3 mins. If it boils over, stop it. Remove from oven and grate some cheese on it. Delicious Peri Peri Masala Maggi is ready. 

The second one is Garlic Pepper Maggi. In a coffee mug add chopped capsicum, 4-5 cloves of chopped garlic, 1 chopped red chilli or some chilli flakes. Add a crushed small packet of Maggi to the coffee mug, add the taste maker and water. Put it in the microwave for 3 mins. After removing from the microwave, add chilli flakes. Aromatic and delicious Garlic Pepper Maggi is ready. Remember after removing from the microwave, do not eat it immediately, wait for 2 minutes as it's too hot. Or remove it in a plate and eat.

If you have a habit of taking mint leaves daily and you want to avoid this habit, then add a few drops of mint oil to the water and mix it. And gargle with it before going to bed every day. Doing this will reduce swelling of the nose. With which you will be able to breathe easily.

Cardamom Powder

Cardamom powder is used in making almost all Ayurvedic medicines. In this case, eat cardamom powder with light lukewarm water every day before sleeping. By doing this, the problem of snoring is overcome.

News Cover: Hello, friends welcome to news cover! Let's see how to make a healthy multi millet energy bar. This can be used for seed cycling. We are going to make this very healthy without sugar and jaggery. Using dates and multi millets. 

Lets first look at the ingredients needed. 1/2 cup dates soaked in water. Use the big variety dates- I am using Kimia dates. 1/3 rd cup nuts. Choose assorted nuts as per your liking - badam, pasta, cashew, walnut. Nuts contain a lot of healthy fats which helps in weight loss. Next, 1/4 cup seeds. If you follow seed cycling choose seeds according to your cycle. Or just take some assorted seeds like melon seeds, flax seeds, pumpkin, etc. 

These seeds have lots of health benefits. 1 tbsp of chia seeds. Chia seeds have a lot of omega 3 fatty acids. It helps to reduce weight. It has high-quality protein and boosts energy. Next, we need is millets. This also you can choose as per your liking. I have taken 1 1/2 tsp quinoa, 1 1/2 tsp barnyard millet & 1 1/2 tsp foxtail millet. 1/2 cup oats. Oats are rich in fiber and help to reduce weight. 

Then we need some organic honey - 3-4 tbsp. Little extra virgin olive oil to grease the setting tray. In shops, you can buy a mithai tray or just use a tray. First, we are going to roast all the main ingredients individually. Heat a pan and roast them lightly. I am first roasting oats followed by seeds. And then nuts. Nuts you can chop and add to the energy bar directly also I am breaking to small pieces and roasting them a little. At least I am roasting the millets also. 

Now that we have roasted everything, we need to powder oats, seeds, and millets in a mixer. I like the taste of millets and seeds as such and I like my bar to be crunchy so I am gonna powder only oats. You can decide as per your liking and taste. Powder everything you want to be powdered except nuts. Next, deseed the dates that we have soaked in water. 

We are gonna make a paste out of it - just add a tbsp of water while grinding not more than that. Now we have prepared everything, we are just gonna mix everything together. In a pan add the dates paste and keep mixing till it gets thick. After it becomes a thick paste, add all the ingredients and mix powdered oats, nuts everything together. If needed add 2-3 tbsp of honey. 

When you keep mixing everything will start becoming one lump. After that remove from heat and set the energy bars in the tray. Press it nicely and give a shape to it. The quantity I am making is for just 4 energy bars. If you need more increase the quantity accordingly. Let it rest in the fridge for 10 min to solidify into bars. Use a knife and cut it into pieces. 

You can wrap it in foil and keep it in fridge and use it later. This is very useful for those following seed cycling it is travel-friendly. All ingredients are healthy and help in weight loss and boost energy. I have spoken about how you can naturally balance your hormones and regularize your periods using seed cycling.
