People say if you eat at the right time every day, you will not be healthy if meals are eaten at odd hours, it can cause various problems such as acidity, digestion problems, and sleeping problems. But do you know when is the right time to eat your breakfast, lunch, and dinner? Let me tell you. 1. You eat breakfast after 6-8 hours of Dinner. It means the stomach has been empty for 6-8 hours.

 Breakfast must be eaten within 30 minutes of waking up. The time frame could be 6 am to 10 am. 2. Lunch should be taken four to five hours after breakfast. The best time to have your lunch is around 12:45 pm. Even if you are not able to stick to this time, make sure to have it before 4 pm. This is healthy! 3. People often skip dinner. But experts say you must never skip dinner. Even if you are not hungry or have a stomach problem, you must eat a very light meal. Ensure that you have dinner between 7-10 pm. 

Remember to sleep 3 hours after you eat. If you sleep immediately after you eat, your stomach won't digest food properly. This is not good. So after you eat, wait for the food to digest and 3 hours later you can sleep. So now that you know when to eat, eat your meals at the right time & never skip your meals. This will help you stay healthy! Please take care of your health.
