Is registration possible without Aadhaar card?

Yes. Any ID given below can be registered as an identity card.

1. Aadhaar card 2. Driving license 3. PAN card 4. Passport 5. Pension passbook 6. NPR smart card 8. Voter ID (EPIC)

Recently, the Bombay High Court has asked the Center and the Maharashtra government whether Aadhaar is mandatory for vaccinating prisoners. Because the prisoners do not have Aadhaar card. This issue came to the fore when it was not possible to vaccinate more than one person because they did not have Aadhaar. The Bombay High Court has asked the Maharashtra and central governments what will happen to those who do not have Aadhaar.
