News Cover: In the state of Maharashtra (Maharashtra election results 2019), the BJP won the elections but the government officials and the CM have not been selected yet. The Shiv Sena said that now that the BJP won the elections they must select government officials and the Chief Minister.

But they want a 50-50 share in the government. Government officials must be selected from the BJP and the Shiv Sena in a 50-50 sharing ratio. Once the BJP CM completes 2.5 years of his tenure, a CM from Shiv Sena must be elected for 2.5 years. Before the election, Shiv Sena and BJP discussed these points and agreed on the 50-50 share. Once the BJP won the elections, they refused to agree.

Maharashtra election results 2019

There are rumors that Shiv Sena will break their alliance with the BJP and join the NCP. Shiv Sena has won 56 seats, the NCP won 54 seats, the Congress won 44 and will lend their support. In total, they will have 154 seats. While the BJP only has 105 seats. Now let's see if the Shiv Sena wins. If the Shiva Sena succeeds, a CM will be elected from their party and the Deputy CM will be elected from the NCP. Till 10th November, if the Shiv Sena and BJP are unable to reach an agreement, then the Central Government will take charge. Once they reach a consensus, the Central Government will move aside.
