Kargil Vijay Diwas: 'Uri The Surgical Strike' actor Vicky Kaushal pays emotional tribute to soldiers

Meanwhile, on the day of 'Kargil Vijay Diwas' on Friday, July 26, the Maharashtra government has announced, they will release 'Uri: The Surgical Strike' film in five hundred theatres at free of cost in Maharashtra.

Aditys Dhar, Director of the film, told this news via social media. In his Twitter post, he thanked the Maharashtra Chief Minister. He said, "Many thanks to Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis for choosing my film as part of the celebration of Kargil Vijay Diwas". Hopefully, this film will inspire new generations of the country.

Vicky Tailor also thanked the Maharashtra government for his MOvie being selected as part of an important day celebration with Kargil Vijay Diwas. Vicky Wrote on social media, " our Film Uri The Surgical Strike will be re-released only for today, July 26th, to commemorate ‘Kargil Vijay Diwas’. It will be screened for free in 500 theatres across Maharashtra. Extremely thankful to the Maharashtra State Government for their support and encouragement to this initiative. Jai Hind".
