News Cover: Income tax department will take strict action against tax defaulters. According to the Revised Guidelines of the Income Tax Department, the crimes committed under the Blackmoney and Benami laws will be seen as serious, which are not yet seen. If a person or organization steals tax, then the case will not be completed only if you pay tax, penalties or interest. The new guideline of income tax has been introduced from 17 June 2019. From today onwards all acts of tax evasion will be viewed as a serious offense.


There are 13 types of cases listed in the Revised Guidelines. CBDT has instructed its top executives to rely on all cases of tax evasion. These 13 cases were not yet seen as serious offenses.


According to the source, according to Section 115-0 or Chapter XVII-B of Income Tax, if you do not pay tax, then it will be seen as a category A. If an organization or person does not pay tax by source, then it will also be seen as an A category offense.


In Category B, the company or person will make willful default to tax evasion. As well as if you presenting the wrong information, then you are in the B category.
