Shahrukh Khan’s Son Arrested From Cruise In Drug Case

 The News Cover: After the death of Sushant Singh Rajput last year, the NCB discovered details about his drug use which was supplied to him via multiple drug dealers. The NCB made multiple arrests and has become very strict. Recently on 2nd October in a cruise ship headed to Goa from Mumbai, the NCB received a tip-off about a 'Rave Party' which is a party where narcotic substances were to be consumed. NCB team in plain clothes boarded the ship disguised as normal passengers at around 10:00am. The party began after the ship left Mumbai and that's when the officials conducted the raids and discovered many things. 

A total of 8 individuals were arrested and interrogated on the ship from 10am to 2pm. The NCB said that in the high-profile raid yielded 13 grams of cocaine, 21 grams of charas, 22 pills of MDMA and 5 grams of MD were found. People at the party had come up with creative ways to hide the contraband however they were outsmarted by the NCB official. Officials discovered the drugs hidden in undergarments. Drugs were hidden inside sanitary pads thinking it would be overlooked during the raids but the NCB caught that as well. Drugs were found hidden within purses and lining of clothes. Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan aged 23 was also arrested in the raids. 

NCB recovered Charas from a lens case owned by Aryan Khan. However, it is not sure if Aryan Khan had consumed drugs or not. Investigations are going on. Videos of Aryan Khan being arrested have gone viral on social media. Aryan Khan is now under arrest. The NCB who had demanded Aryan's custody have been allowed to keep him till monday. Aryan Khan’s phone was being investigated, and NCB have found plenty of chats where Aryan ordered drugs regularly. When his father Shah Rukh Khan heard about his arrest, he left his house and quickly rushed to his lawyer Satish Maneshinde. He is a very well known and high experienced in solving cases for high profile celebrities Maneshinde reprensented Sanjay Dutt during the 1993 blast case. 

During Salman Khan's hit and run case in Bandra, it was Maneshinde who handled the case. He even represented Rhea Chakraborty in the Sushant Singh Rajput suicide case. He has now demanded bail for Aryan as he was a guest on the ship. He did not have a boarding pass or ticket as he was merely a guest. There is no proof that he consumed the drugs and there are only chats about the drug use so he must be given bail. Here are the names of the 7 other individuals who were arrested. Total 8 including Aryan Khan have been arrested. Jurgen Bailom, CEO and President of Cordelia Cruises in a statement said, "Cordelia Cruises had chartered its ship for a private event to a Delhi-based event management company. We are shocked to learn about the rave party in Mumbai. The cruise is in no way connected to the party. 

Next time we will never give our flights to the Delhi-based company. We are fully cooperating with the NCB. Last month in Gujarat officials had seized about 3,000 kg of heroin at Gujarat's Mundra port and around 37 kg of cocaine from Delhi and Noida in Uttar Pradesh. The Congress party in Maharashtra has said the raid and arrest was an attempt by the BJP government to divert people's attention from the "real issue" of the drugs seizure at Mundra port in Gujarat. Many Bollywood celebrities came out in support of Shah Rukh Khan. Superstar Salman Khan visited Shah Rukh Khan’s house to offer support. Suniel Shetty also offered his support and said, "News agencies to stop jumping to conclusions about Aryan's drug consumption. Let the NCB conduct the investigation and then the news can be broadcasted. Let's stop targetting the boy."
