The News Cover: Cloudburst, is a sudden, very heavy rainfall, usually local in nature. On 11th May, there was a Cloudburst in Uttarakhand's Devprayag. Several shops and houses were damaged because of the heavy rainfall. According to officials, the cloudburst hit at around 5 pm yesterday.
