India Will Get 5 More Vaccine by October 2021

Top government officials have told the news agency ANI that India is likely to have five more COVID-19 vaccines by October this year. Let me tell you their names. 1. Sputnik V, is a Russian vaccine and will be manufactured in India by Dr. Reddy's 2. 

Johnson & Johnson vaccine which has been created in collaboration with Biological E. 3. Novavax vaccine which is in collaboration with SII. 4. Zydus Cadila's vaccine 5. Bharat Biotech's Vaccine These are the 5 new vaccines. 

Russia's Sputnik V - which is 92% effective — is likely to be granted approval within the next 10 days. The vaccines will be available in India by June. Currently, only people above the age of 45 are allowed to get vaccinated. However, earlier this month, the central government had said, 

earlier healthcare workers were being prioritized and their registrations were being accepted. Now people above 45 years are being vaccinated as well. The government said that fresh applications for health care workers have been stalled in order to focus on people above 45.
