During the three month period from April to June 2019, Vodafone suffered a loss of Rs 4061.01 crore. Last year between April to June 2018, they suffered a loss of Rs 2,757.60 crore. Their losses have been continuously increasing. 

        Vodafone has not released any statement about if they will shut the company or not. There are rumours that Vodafone will pay back their loans. We will have to see whether Vodafone remains open or shuts down.
